I’m on a bit of a ‘book roll’ at the moment …
Annie and I often say we don’t find enough time to read and as a result our pile of 'unread material' is growing.
Annie has just finished reading a wonderful book called 'The Diving Bell and the Butterfly' that I am keen to read next!!

Good going Trevor or to paraphrase and old time TV show... "Book'em Trevor!"
Thanks Steve - Bill Hybels said recently that the average American spends 4 hours per day in front of TV -in England it is probably the same. We can all find time to read if we really try. Annie and I rarely watch TV and struggle to keep ahead of our reading plans but we are slowly catching up :-)
I would much rather read than watch TV ..unless Manchester United are on TV of course :-)
I am picking up a copy today. Thanks
Trevor, This is an absolutely great book. Once I started reading it I could not put it down. I read it straight through. What a testament to the human spirit. The mind is so very powerful. i really liked how he overcame his imprisonment within in his body by using his mind to experience many wonderful journeys and encounters. his discussion of having a wrestling match with a fly that kept landing on his face and his comparison to missed opportunities as a a great horse race are gripping. thanks for recommending this powerful book.
Hi Rocky - Annie and I heard the recomendation about the book in a sermon we downloaded from Holy Trinity Church, Brompton, London. Annie has read it and I started reading it last night - I hope to finish it tonight :-)
