The patient is always right.

I often use the following in team building events for healthcare professionals and it usually prompts plenty of discussion.

It would be interesting to hear your views.

Rule No. 1: The patient is always right.
Rule No. 2: If you think the patient is wrong, re-read rule No. 1.

All other policies are null and void.
