I am told today 12th July is Simplicity Day
It celebrates the birthday of Henry David Thoreau (1817-1862) who advised us to simplify our lives.
Here is one of his quotes that I particularly enjoyed reading:

Henry is an inspiration. I have had the pleasure of walking around Walden Pond. It is not far from where I live today so if ever you get to New England, Walden Pond will have to be one stop to make.
Lets make that a deal Steve - you can take us for a walk around the pond!
