Feedback

Steve is a reader of Simplicity Blog and left me a really helpful comment about the recent content of Simplicity Blog.

Steve’s comment has given me food for thought. I am a big critic of people who do not listen to feedback from customers and change as a result.

Steve commented very honestly that he was disappointed about my recent postings on Simplicity Blog because I have concentrated too much on football, politics and religion.

I am delighted with Steve’s comments because it means people have an interest in what I write on my Blog and I genuinely want this to be a ‘conversation’ .......

Soooooooo .... please let me now what sort of thing you have enjoyed in the past on Simplicity Blog and I will make sure I post about those things.

My own thoughts are that I should comment about simplicity in leadership, management and business but please let me know what else you want to hear about!

Thanks again Steve - I value your comments. I hope I can change things.

Well, my wish list is: Leadership, management, business, customer care (I'm biased on this one), football, politics, some religion, and what you and Annie have been up to recently....

...and I almost forgot! health care, carers, and your experiences at NIH.

Thanks Gabriel - that sounds much like what I already post so its good to know I am on the mark for you.

I've now written 619 postings in the last two and a half years and I think it is good to review content now and again.

I like you recent posts. It gives an interesting insight in your life. But the one thing that is right - they don't start conversations.

I would like to hear more about working in your industry, about health care business etc.

Thanks Dmitry - more healthcare stuff will follow - hope things are good for you in your new business in Moscow. Good to hear from you again :-)

Too much to hope for less on Manchester United, more about Liverpool?! Yes, I thought so!

The answer to your question is SIMPLE!

Look at the posts that attract comments, the ones that spark debates – give us more like that. Especially look at those that draw comments from outside of your ‘regulars’.

It also depends on your objectives for the blog. Is it intended as a marketing aid for your Simplicity business or something more personal? Maybe it’s a global marketing tool for Manchester United!

Well done to your lads on winning the Premiership and good luck to them in a couple of weeks in the first FA Cup Final at the new Wembley stadium.

Thanks David - the Blog is a mixture of all the things you mention and your comments are helpful. Controversial posts seem to promote more discussion so maybe will be a bit more radical!!

Up the Reds from the Theatre of Dreams....

More coverage of Liverpool????? ... I will pass on that one:-)
