Annie and I recovered amazingly quickly from the physical exertion on Sunday and want to thank once again all those who have given us such terrific support both emotionally and financially.
Life is good and we are truly blessed to have so much support.

We are running the Great North Run half marathon in Newcastle in September. As for another marathon ..... I never say ‘never’ … watch this space
Right now it feels like I just want to enjoy the feeling of completing the London Marathon at 56 years of age at the first attempt.
