Thanks for the link to a great post! I'd take small issue with one point though: Success will go to those with the best questions... providing they listen with open ears to the answers and then execute well against their best judgement.

Tom writes brilliantly and in the 6 years I've known him he is usually well ahead of the crowd in leadership, management and particularly marketing and branding. For me a greatly respected teacher.
I had never heard that Disney quote before: "I don't make movies to make money. I make money to make movies." Wow, that nails it.
Tom, if you're reading this, I tried to leave a comment on your site but was unable to. Fabulous list.
The Disney quote has such realism don't you think John? - I'm an avowed pragmatist and sometimes describe myself as an idealistic realist - how's that for a good paradox/compromise?
