I have started to get 'spam' on Simplicity Blog and so I have had to introduce word verification to prevent this - it should not inconvenience you too much in making comments I hope.
Apologies about this but my Blog provider tells me it is the best way to prevent 'spam' comments.
It is a shame that such rubbish gets through but such is life I guess.
